This was taken at Weetslade Country Park, on what used to be the old colliery. I went to take photos of the sculptures there, but as I was leaving, I spotted this scene with a cyclist who had stopped for a rest and to take in the sunset. I’m so glad I stopped to capture it, as I prefer it to the shots I  had planned on. This is one of the things I love about photography, suddenly capturing a beautiful moment.
