Our Image Nation remains the sole owner of all rights, titles, and interest in the Site, reserves all rights to the site and provides the Site on an “as/is available” basis. Any unauthorized or miss-use of Our Image Nation’s Content violates such laws and the Terms of Use. By agreeing to use Our Image Nation’s Website, you agree not to copy, republish, link to, download, transmit, modify, or reverse engineer the Site or any of Our Image Nation’s Content. In addition, you agree to not use any image gathering and extraction methods in connection with the Site or Our Image Nation’s Content.
Use of Our Image Nation Website and Permissions

Reference to any images, photos, products, services, processes or other information, by vendor name, trademark, manufacturer, supplier or otherwise does not constitute or imply endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation by Our Image Nation, unless otherwise stated.
Your Information
Our Image Nation (or third parties acting on its behalf) may collect information related to your use of the Site. Third-party platforms through which you access the Site may collect information related to your use of the third-party platform and make such information available to Our Image Nation subject to your agreement with the applicable third-party platform. Our Image Nation’s collection and use of information shall at all times conform to Our Image Nation’s Terms of Use/Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. Our Image Nation will use and protect your personal information, such as your name and address accordance with the Our Image Nation Privacy Statement.
Your Content
For any image/photograph, text, or any other content that you upload or post to Our Image Nation site, you represent and warrant that, you have all necessary rights to submit the information provided. Therefore Our Image Nation will not need to obtain licenses from any third party and your content does not infringe any third party’s rights, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights; and your content complies with these Terms of Use and all applicable laws. By uploading Your Content, you grant Our Image Nation, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license and right to, transmit, distribute, publicly perform and display through all media known, and make derivative works from your content for the purpose of allowing you to edit and display your content using our site and archiving or preserving your content for disputes, legal proceedings, or investigations.
The above licenses will continue unless or until you remove your content from the site, in which case the licenses will terminate within a commercially reasonable period of time. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the license for legal archival/preservation purposes will continue indefinitely.
You may not upload any image, text, or other content that: Infringes any third party’s copyrights or other intellectual property rights or any right of publicity or privacy; Contains any pornographic, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful or immoral content; Exploits minors; Depicts unlawful or violent acts; Depicts animal cruelty or violence towards animals; Promotes fraudulent schemes or gives rise to a claim of deceptive advertising or unfair competition; or Violates any law, statute, or regulation.
You may not use any of Our Image Nation’s content for any purpose without first obtaining permission from Our Image Nation. Displaying and/or distributing to the public any watermarked or unlicensed Content constitutes copyright infringement laws.
Payments & Commissions
The payment cycle for Our Image Nation is set up on a monthly basis. Payments are calculated at the end of every month for Vendors who are eligible to receive payment. Payments will be arranged as follows; On the 1st day of the month the calculation period ends and your payment will be processed shortly after. Payments are calculated on the prior months sales, less 10% Our Image Nation’s commission. Once the payment calculation is complete we will send you an email notifying you of the payment you will receive. On all orders on the dashboard you will see how many of your own products have been purchased through out the previous month.
Returns or Refunds
Our Printing service offers a complete free of charge replacement if the product is faulty or damaged in transit. We require pictures of the damaged product as we need to claim back from the Couriers. Our returns policy states we need to be informed within 24hours of the product being delivered. If there is any complaint regarding colour or density we would again require image of product with a reference print or product showing difference in either colour, density etc. We would then evaluate whether we feel there is a big enough difference to warrant a reprint. If the customer is not fully satisfied with the final print we will only refund the customer when we have received the print back in house. Returns may take 7-10 working days upon receipt of the product.
Quality Control
Quality control is a process carried out directly through our award winning printers. To ensure that the product quality is maintained and of the highest standard possible with each of the images provided. We have been assured good quality image analysis as each image is quality checked after it is printed to ensure the best possible satisfaction for our customers and orders will only proceed if the images meet certain criteria.
Infringement Claims
If you believe that any of Our Image Nation’s content otherwise provided by you without permissions, infringes upon any copyright that you own or control, you may notify Our Image Nation here (info@ourimagenation.com)
Warranties and Disclaimers
The Site is provided by Our Image Nation under these terms of use “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express, implied, statutory or otherwise. Your use of the Site is at your own risk. Our Image Nation expressly disclaims any and all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to each and any service available from the Site, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fit for purpose, non-infringement, and any other warranty that might arise under any law. Without limiting the foregoing, Our Image Nation makes no warranty that, the Site will meet your requirements or expectation, access to the Site will be uninterrupted and any errors or defects in the site, services or materials will be corrected.
Our Image Nation makes no representations or warranties that the Site will be permitted in your jurisdiction, that any of Your Content submitted by you will be available through the Site or will be stored by the Site, that the Site will meet your needs, or that Our Image Nation will continue to support any particular feature of the Site. To the extent any disclaimer or limitation of liability does not apply, all applicable express, implied, and statutory warranties will be limited to a period of thirty days after the date on which you first used the Site, and no warranties shall apply after such period.
Limitations, Restrictions and Termination of Use
You agree that you shall not, engage in any conduct that shall constitute a violation of any law or that infringes the rights of Our Image Nation or any third party, you will not violate any applicable laws or regulations related to access to, or use of the site, or engage in any activity prohibited by these Terms of Use or violate the rights of Our Image Nation or any third party (including rights of privacy and publicity) or abuse, defame, harass, stalk or threaten another. Failure to comply with the terms Our Image Nation reserve the rights to revoke your use of the site and remove all content you have provided.
Our Image Nation may block, restrict, disable, suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Site at any time at our discretion, without prior notice or liability to you. Any conduct by you that, restricts or inhibits any other person or entity from using or enjoying the Site is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of your access to the Site without further notice.
Third Party Sites
In the event that Our Image Nation site is available through any third-party platform, or if Our Image Nation provides links from the Site to any third-party platform, you understand and agree that Our Image Nation makes no warranty of any kind, and accepts no responsibility for any content or practices of such third parties or their platforms. Third Party platforms are not under the control of Our Image Nation. Our Image Nation only provides or permits Third Party links as a convenience to you.
